Departure Schedule - March 6, 2008

We are back at our 'old' home in Kentucky and frantically preparing for the move to our 'new' home in Dublin!  The last 3 weeks have been a blurrrrr and God has worked out so many key details and 'directed our path' time after time.

As a quick review, we were in Dublin form Jan 28 through Feb 6th and then went on to Israel to visit our son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Aubrey in Jeruselem until the 15th.  (The picture below is of Kathy with grand daughter Abby, Sarah, oldest son Andrew and 2nd son Mark on the Mt. of Olives overlooking Jerusalem and the Dome of the Rock)  We then returned to Dublin for 2 days, flying back to Cincinnati on the 17th.  At least that was the plan, as it turned out we did make it from Dublin to Chicago, but our flight on to Cincinnati was cancelled.

Even with that God was so good as our oldest son's parent, B J and Lynda Slinger met us at O'hare, took us to dinner and then dropped us off at a hotel near the airport.  After another cancellation the next day we finally made it home late the afternoon of the 18th. 

We had very limited internet access most of time we were gone, which is why there haven't been any blog entries for a while.  The Clock is ticking . . .  tick, tock, tick, tock!  We have 14 days to finish everything here in the states before our one way flight back to Ireland.

Many have asked for our flight schedule so I am including it here.  Rejoice with us and pray that we will be able to get the myriad of details handled quickly.  Pray that we will be used in ways only God can do as we arrive in Dublin - we want to serve and reflect glory to him.  We want to encourage our new local church family in Ballycullen and to learn from them all that God has for us to learn.  Here's our March 6th flight schedule:
