God Is The God of Hope

Many of you have been praying for Ailis for a couple of months now. She is the daughter of one of the key leaders in church planting and theological education in Ireland - Jacob R. Over five years ago Ailis came down with glandular fever (mono) and her slow recovery turned into cronic fatigue syndrome.

As you may remember, you have also been praying for Ailis's brother Kieran as he came down with mono as well several months ago and there was great concern for him. Sometimes the enemy tries to attack by going after family members, and this could be the case here.

At any rate please continue to pray, but as of the beginning of August, this has been Ailis' best summer in the past five years. She is much closer to the activity level of a healthy 17 year old and joined us over much of the last two weeks in our basketball camp. She is learning to drive and holding down a part time job!

Please Praise the God of Hope for this wonderful improvement in health and for Ailis's return to ministry in may ways. Also, continue to hold her and Kieran before the Lord asking for spiritual wisdom and maturity no matter what lies ahead in terms of physical health.
