Grandkids!

Those of you in the 'Grandparent Club' know what it means to have time with your kids' kids! We have had a wonderful week with our oldest son Andrew and his wonderful family. Our daughter-in-law Sarah Marie (we add her middle name to distingush from our daughter Sarah Kathleen) is a fantastic mother to 4 year old Abigail and 7 month old Joseph. They are on their way back to South Asia and stopped off here in Dublin for three weeks before flying out on August 20th.

This picture was taken on the Irish Sea in Malahide, just a few minutes from our teammates Mark & Andrea Jones' house. On this same little excursion we were joined by friends from Kentucky who are in Dublin on vacation - Clay and Susan Stewart and family.

Son Andrew and Family As we head into the middle of August, please be in prayer as I will be preaching on August 24th at our church. As most of you know I have not done a whole lot of preaching in the past but I am looking forward to the chance to be stretched in this way. Our sevices start at 10:30 AM, so most of you will be sound asleep when this will start, so be sure to pray for us before going to bed on the 23rd, OK? Thanks!

To 'The' Editor

Fixing it now. . . Congrats on the 36th - our 31st is coming up on the 27th of this month, so I guess we won't catch you, but what's 5 years among friends! Tell Margie 'hello' for us, ok?

This is your editor speaking

Hi Tim,
Last paragraph....praching? Sorry, I just couldn't help it. What adorable looking grandkids! Just exactly what does Andrew do in South Asia?

Ron & I will be going to hear Margie Griffin speak at the Congregational Church the morning of the 17th. (Our 36th anniversary) Thought you might like to know she was around.
